Printfriendly 6.x-1.7 release

New release added with some validation issues solved.

Fixed by anon: The 'printfriendlyButton' div was removed because of
   not valid HTML in node links.
Fixed by anon: The 'id' attribute on the links was changed to 'class'
   because of not valid HTML when more the one printriendly link was
   shown at the same page.
Fixed by anon: Removed description from settings fields talking about
   translation. That was not even true.
Updated by anon: printfriendly.pot was updated to fit with 6.x-1.7
